A 500,000 square foot GOA‑designed mall anchoring a new mixed‑use district in Faisalabad.
In March 2022, GOA was commissioned to design Lyallpur Galleria III, the signature mall of a larger mixed‑use district. Beginning with the master plan, the team set a cohesive urban framework that weaves offices, apartments, retail, and a hotel around a vibrant commercial core.
A climate‑responsive urban centerpiece.
GOA delivered the full architectural design for a 500,000 square foot mall that combines shops, restaurants, banquet halls, a fitness club, and a dedicated children’s play area. Generous atria, clear circulation spines, and shaded edges guide visitors across levels while improving comfort and daylight. The mall’s public rooms and outdoor terraces connect to the surrounding blocks, strengthening street life and establishing a clear address for the wider development. The result reflects GOA’s long‑standing ethos of spatial clarity, material craft, and responsiveness to Faisalabad’s climate.
